Spiced Winter Blues Tea
This spiced winter tea is perfect for warming up on a cold day and provides a comforting and relaxing experience. The combination of spices provides a pleasant aroma, and the sweetness from the honey or sugar can add a touch of warmth to your day.
- 4 cups water
- 1 tea bag black tea
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 4 whole cloves
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- honey or sugar to taste
In a medium pot or saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
Add the black tea bag, cinnamon stick, cloves, and ground ginger to the water. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
Remove the teapot from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
If needed, strain the tea into a teapot or serving pitcher.
Serve hot with honey, or sugar to taste.
