Spiced Winter Blues Tea

This spiced winter tea is perfect for warming up on a cold day and provides a comforting and relaxing experience. The combination of spices provides a pleasant aroma, and the sweetness from the honey or sugar can add a touch of warmth to your day.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups water
  • 1 tea bag black tea
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 4 whole cloves
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • honey or sugar to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a medium pot or saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
  • Add the black tea bag, cinnamon stick, cloves, and ground ginger to the water. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  • Remove the teapot from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  • If needed, strain the tea into a teapot or serving pitcher.
  • Serve hot with honey, or sugar to taste.
