Infuse your Valentine's Day celebration with a touch of innovation, and treat your loved ones to a truly unforgettable culinary experience with these decadent Berry Harvest Tea Cookies
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup icing sugar
- 1 tbsp. Teabloom Berry Harvest Tea
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 egg yolk
- 3/4 cups flour
- 2 tbsp corn starch
- jelly
In a mixing bowl, cream together butter and granulated or icing sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg yolks, Berry Harvest tea, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Gradually add the flour and corn starch.
Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Use your thumb or the back of a small spoon to make an indentation in the center of each cookie.
Spoon a small amount of your favorite jam or preserves into the indentation of each cookie. The fruity sweetness of the jam will complement the subtle flavors of the tea-infused dough.
Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden brown. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Once cooled, serve these delightful Tea-Infused Thumbprint Cookies to your loved ones and watch as they marvel at the unique flavor combination. Whether enjoyed with a cup of tea or as a sweet treat on their own, these cookies are sure to become a new Valentine's Day tradition.
