Brown Sugar Bubble Tea

A refreshing and indulgent beverage that offers a delightful play of sweet, creamy, and black tea flavors, complemented by the chewy texture of tapioca pearls.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Teabloom's Wild Cinnamon Chai tea bag
  • Tapioca pearls
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups whole milk

Instructions
 

  • Take 1/2 cup of tapioca pearls and boil in water for 30 minutes. Continue stirring every 10 minutes to prevent them from sticking to one another.
  • In a teapot, boil 2 cups of whole milk ( or milk of your choice). Take 1 Teabloom's Wild Cinnamon chai tea tea bag and steep in the milk for 5 minutes. Set aside.
  • In a pan, under low to medium heat, take 1/2 cup of brown sugar, pour 1 tsp. water and let it all melt. Add more water until you get a liquid consistency.
  • Strain the tapioca pearls and pour them in the pan with the brown sugar syrup.
  • Assemble the bubble tea, in your chosen cup. First spread the tapioca pearls around wall of the cup. Add ice, and pour the milk tea mixture. Stir and enjoy! You can use a big bubble tea straw or a spoon to indulge in the delicious brown sugar tapioca pearls.
