BooBerry Lychee Cocktail
Featuring Teabloom's Blueberry Lemonade Tea, this Halloween-inspired drink brings together the refreshing flavours of blueberries and citrus with tequila, pomegranate juice, and lychee juice for a fun, fruity twist on a festive cocktail.
Ingredients
- Teabloom Blueberry loose leaf tea
- 1 oz pomegranate
- 1 oz tequila or vodka
- 1 can lychee
- blueberries
- strawberry / rasberry jam
Instructions
- Prepare Teabloom's Blueberry Lemonade Tea according to the package instructions and allow it to cool completely.
- In a cocktail shaker, add ice, combine 1 oz each of Blueberry Lemonade Tea, tequila, pomegranate juice, and lychee juice from the can.
- Strain into a cocktail glass filled with fresh ice.
- Fill the centre of each lychee with a little red jam, then insert a blueberry to resemble an eyeball.
- Place the lychee eyeballs on a cocktail pick and rest it across the rim of the glass for a creepy Halloween finishing touch.
