Brew the Jasmine Tea – Steep 1 teaspoon of jasmine pearls tea in 1 cup of hot water for 3-4 minutes. Strain and let it cool completely.
Blend Everything Together – In a blender, combine vanilla ice cream, cooled jasmine tea, mint extract,and green food coloring. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Adjust Consistency – Add more tea for a thinner shake or extra ice cream for a thicker one.
Serve & Garnish – Pour into a glass, top with whipped cream or ice cream, and garnish with fresh mint leaves for a beautiful finish.
