Sencha Chocolate Chip Cookies
A treat that's both indulgent and nourishing!
- 3 cups flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup Teabloom's Sencha Medley tea
- 1 cup spinach
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt.
In a mixing bowl, beat the butter , sugar , egg and vanilla. Pour in a blender and add spinach and blend.
Mix together the dry and wet ingredients. Add chocolate chips. Cover and chill for 30 minutes.
Scoop tablespoon size portions on a baking tray and flatten. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
