1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt.
3. In a separate bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add in the egg and vanilla extract, and tea , mixing until well combined.
4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, blending until just combined.
5. Roll the dough out to about 1/4-inch thickness. Use skull-shaped cookie cutters or a circular cutter to cut out the shapes, then place them on the prepared baking sheet.
6. Bake for 8-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. Allow the cookies to cool .
7. Add jelly in between the cookies. Sprinkle with icing sugar and enjoy!
