Spiced Chai Yam Caserole
A delicious side dish to pair with your Holiday spread!

- 3-4 large sweet potatoe
- Teabloom's Supreme Spiced Chai Loose leaf tea
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup butter
- 2 cups marshmallow
- wallnuts or pecans
- olive oil
Steep teabloom's Supreme Spiced Chai tea and set aside.
Cut 3-4 large sweet potatoes or 7-8 small ones and place it on a baking sheet. Sprinkle some olive oil on top and bake for 380 degrees farenheit until soft (about 45 minutes).
Once the sweet potatoes are finished, take off the skin and transfer if to a mixing bowl.
Add 1-2 teaspoons of concentrated Supreme spiced chat tea. Add the butter and egg. Add walnuts or pecans.
Mix together and place on a baking dish. Sprinkle the marshmallows on top and add more walnuts or pecans if desired.
Bake at 350 degrees farenheit for 8 minutes and until marshmallows are golden brown.
