Lemon Peach Orange Posset
A tangy, creamy texture infused with delicious oolong tea, paired with its beautiful simplicity makes this dessert a timeless choice for any occasion!
- 2 lemons
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 2 tsp Teabloom Peach Orange Oolong tea
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 cup sugar
Scoop the inside of 2 lemons. Set aside the "lemon" bowls to fill with the cream mixture.
Use a strainer and squeeze the juice out of the lemons. Set aside
Steep Teabloom's Peach Orange Oolong tea. Make it as strong as possible.
In a saucepan, on medium heat, pour the cream and sugar. Stir until the sugar melts.
Add the vanilla, tea, and lemon. Mix well together for a few minutes.
Pour the mixture into the "lemon bowls". Let it sit in the fridge for 2 hours and enjoy!
