At Teabloom, we offer a one year warranty on all products.  Please, click here to register your product(s) for a One Year Warranty. We stand behind the quality of everything we sell and want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If your orders fail to meet your expectations, please return the merchandise within 30 days of purchase date for exchange, or refund.

  • Merchandise must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • No later than 30 days from the actual date of purchase date.
  • Obtain the RMA#: please contact our customer service at Teabloom Customer Loyalty Team
  • Please provide pictures of broken parts when you contact Teabloom Customer Loyalty Team, along with your order ID.

Please follow these steps when returning a product:

  • Repack the merchandise in its original packaging with the original packing slip and packing material, if possible.
  • Return the merchandise, along with original receipt. The RMA# should appear on the outside of the shipping box to the address provided:

Upon receipt of returned item(s), we will issue you an exchange or a full refund for your purchase.
