Warranty & Returns

We stand behind the quality of everything we sell and want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase.  Teabloom provides a 90-Day Warranty on all Teabloom products.  To register your product (within 14 days of the purchase date) for an added One-Year Warranty, please complete the Warranty Registration Form.

 

For Damage Claims, please make sure to provide the following details:

Submit the following details via our quick contact form at https://www.teabloom.com/contact/

  • Order Number from the website you purchased your items.
  • Pictures of the broken item(s).
  • Your full name and shipping address where we can mail a free replacement.

 

For Exchanges (within 14 days from the purchase date), please make sure to provide the following details:

  • Please contact us with your order number (if available), your name with shipping address, and product name (or web address of the product) you would like to exchange it with.
  • Repack the merchandise in its original packaging with the original packing material (no later than 14 days from the purchase date).
  • Return the merchandise, along with the original receipt. Use your Order Number or Email Address for the RMA# and place it outside of the shipping box and mail it to:

    Please note: We don't provide pre-paid shipping labels. Please allow at least 7 days for the return/replacement to be processed once we receive it. If you have any concerns or questions, please contact Teabloom Customer Loyalty Team.

 

For Returns/Refunds, please make sure the following conditions are met:

  • Repack the merchandise in its original packaging with original packing material, if possible.
  • Return the merchandise. Use your Order Number for the RMA# (place outside of the shipping box) and mail to:

    Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will send you a free replacement.
