Warranty & Returns
At Teabloom, we provides a 90-Day Warranty on all teawares. To register your product (within 14 days of the purchase date) for an added One-Year Warranty, please complete the Warranty Registration Form.
For Damage Claims, please make sure to provide the following details:
Submit the following details via our quick contact form at https://www.teabloom.com/contact/
- Order Number from the website you purchased your items.
- Pictures of the broken item(s).
- Your full name and shipping address where we can mail a free replacement.
For Exchanges (within 14 days from the purchase date), please make sure to provide the following details:
- Please contact us with your order number (if available), your name with shipping address, and product name (or web address of the product) you would like to exchange it with.
- Repack the merchandise in its original packaging with the original packing material (no later than 14 days from the purchase date).
- Return the merchandise, along with the original receipt. Use your Order Number or Email Address for the RMA# and place it outside of the shipping box and mail it to:

Please note: We don't provide pre-paid shipping labels. Please allow at least 7 days for the return/replacement to be processed once we receive it. If you have any concerns or questions, please contact Teabloom Customer Service.
For Returns/Refunds, please make sure the following conditions are met:
- Repack the merchandise in its original packaging with original packing material, if possible.
- Return the merchandise. Use your Order Number for the RMA# (place outside of the shipping box) and mail to:

Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will issue you a full refund.

Important Information About Perishable Items:
Please note that items containing perishable goods, such as tea, are non-returnable. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or process refunds for any products that may pose a risk once sold or opened. We encourage you to carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase, as these items cannot be returned.
