Free Standard Shipping

We offer free standard shipping to addresses in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories, for both corporate buyers and customers. We deliver via UPS, FedEx or USPS for residential and commercial addresses. For in-stock items, please allow 2-3 business days to process the order and 2-5 business days for shipping via UPS, FedEx or USPS. If the item is out of stock, please allow 8-16 weeks for us to refill our inventories. Express Delivery: Orders placed before 12 p.m. EST for in-stock items are processed in 1 business day. 

Can I ship one order to multiple locations?

Yes. If you are looking to send Teabloom products to two or more addresses, add products to your shopping cart, then click on the purple cart button on the top right of the page, and then below the green button 'proceed to checkout' you will find a link named 'Shipping to two or more addresses? Login & Checkout Here', just click it, login to your account and add as many shipping addresses as you wish and then use the simple drop down tool to assign each one to the product you wish to send. It's quick and easy.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We offer gift wrapping at our Amazon Store. We do not currently offer gift wrapping on this website, but we do offer several gift boxed products. Our gift boxes are as elegant as any gift solution on the market. Please explore our selection.

Return and Exchange Policy

At Teabloom, we stand behind the quality of everything we sell and want you to be satisfied with every purchase. If your orders fail to meet your expectations, please return the merchandise within 30 days of purchase date for exchange, or refund. For Returns or exchanges, please make sure the following conditions are met:

  • Merchandise must be in its original condition and packaging.
  • No later than 30 days from the actual date of purchase date.
  • Obtain the RMA#: please contact our customer service at Teabloom Customer Loyalty Team
  • Please provide pictures of broken parts when you contact Teabloom Customer Loyalty Team, along with your order ID.

Please follow these steps when returning a product

  • Repack the merchandise in its original packaging with the original packing slip and packing material, if possible.
  • Return the merchandise, along with the original receipt. The RMA# should appear on the outside of the shipping box to the address provided:

Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will issue you an exchange or a full refund for your purchase.
