SPECS & TIDBITS
STEEPING INSTRUCTIONS
Heat fresh cold water to a boil for oolong tea (195-208°F) or near boiling for green and white tea (175°F). Measure 1-2 teaspoons of tea per 8 ounces of water and place your tea leaves in a tea infuser. Steep oolong teas for about 2-5 minutes, green teas for about 2-4 minutes, and white teas for about 2-3 minutes.
Set your tea infuser aside on a small plate to enjoy multiple steeps from the same tea leaves one or two more times.
