About African Safari
African Safari from Teabloom is a rich, full-bodied herbal tea to enjoy any time of day. This balanced blend of fine, organically-grown rooibos leaves, delicate vanilla, blueberry, elderberry, and tart rosehips produces a lush red infusion (rooibos means “red bush” in Afrikaans). Equally delicious in the morning with milk and sugar or enjoyed plain as an anytime indulgence.
Rooibos is easily digested and contains much less tannin than genuine teas. African Safari is an ideal beverage to enjoy with meals or desserts, and is well suited to pairing with rich flavors like meats, cheeses, and caramel.
Steeping instructions
- 1. Heat water to a boil (208˚F).
- 2. Place tea in a cup and pour water over the leaves.
- 3. Steep for 5-7 minutes.
- 4. Enjoy!
For loose leaf iced teas, use 2 tsp per 8-ounce cup.
