Watermelon Green Tea Jello
Ingredients
- half watermelon
- 2 envelopes Knox unflavoured gelatin
- 2 cups Teabloom Sencha Green Tea
Instructions
- Cut 1 watermelon in half and take out all the flesh. Place it in a blender.
- Blend the juice until it is liquid. Strain the juice into a separate pitcher or bowl. Set aside.
- Steep Teabloom's Green tea Sencha Medley.
- In a pot, at medium heat, pour the green tea and watermelon juice. Put 2 envelopes of Knox unflavoured gelatin and stir until its dissolved.
- Pour the liquid into the watermelon. Place it in the fridge overnight. Cut into watermelon slices and enjoy!
