  • 1 oz Gingerbread loose-leaf tea
  • 8 oz Belgian Rock Sugar
  • 3/4 oz apple brandy
  • 3/4 oz rye whiskey
  • Club soda
  • 3/4 oz lemon juice
  • Orange slice
  • Cherry
  • Star anise

HOW TO MAKE Gingerbread Fizz Recipe

  • This Gingerbread Fizz Recipe features a concentrated simple syrup infused with our Gingerbread black tea blend. To make the syrup, combine 8 oz hot water, 8 oz rock sugar and 1 oz loose-leaf tea. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Let sit for 10 minutes, then fine strain to remove tea leaves. Add 1 oz of syrup to a cocktail shaker, followed by apple brandy, rye whiskey and lemon juice. Shake and strain into a Collins glass with large ice cubes. Finish with a splash of club soda and garnish with orange, cherry and star anise. To make a hot beverage, add 4 ounces of water and heat.
