Green Tea Tiramisu

Tiramisu is one of those desserts that feels both indulgent and effortless—a perfect blend of rich mascarpone, delicate ladyfingers, and just the right amount of sweetness. Traditionally, this Italian classic is made with espresso, giving it that signature bold and slightly bitter contrast. But what if we swapped the coffee for something lighter, more fragrant, and refreshingly unique?
We introduce to you Green Tea Tiramisu—a floral, creamy, and slightly earthy take on the beloved dessert. Instead of dipping the ladyfingers in espresso, we’ll infuse them with Jasmine pearls green tea, a beautifully aromatic tea made from hand-rolled green tea leaves scented with fresh jasmine blossoms. The result? A delicate, tea-infused tiramisu with a soothing depth of flavor and a touch of elegance.
Jasmine pearls green tea is known for its gentle floral notes and smooth, slightly sweet finish. Unlike stronger green teas, which can sometimes be grassy or astringent, jasmine pearls offer a naturally balanced, perfumed essence that pairs wonderfully with the creamy layers of mascarpone and whipped cream. The floral character of the tea enhances the lightness of the tiramisu, making it feel like a dreamy dessert perfect for afternoon tea, special occasions, or even a simple moment of indulgence.
Whether you’re a tiramisu lover looking for a new take or a tea enthusiast eager to incorporate jasmine pearls into a decadent dessert, this Jasmine Green Tea Tiramisu is a must-try. It’s luxurious yet delicate, rich yet refreshing—a dessert that feels like a little sip of spring in every bite.
