Darjeeling Dipping Oil

It’s January and the holidays are behind everyone, routines are easing back in, and there’s a shift toward food that feels nourishing, simple, and comforting, without feeling heavy.
This dipping oil fits that mood perfectly. It’s rich and flavorful, yet clean and wholesome. Warm olive oil carries layers of savory goodness, with just enough spice and saltiness to keep every bite interesting. What truly sets it apart is the feature ingredient is Teabloom’s Organic Estate Darjeeling black tea. Known as the “champagne of teas,” Darjeeling brings subtle floral notes and natural depth that quietly elevate the entire dish. It doesn’t overpower but it enhances. The result is a dipping oil that tastes refined and balanced, with a warmth that feels especially right for winter.
Beyond flavor, this is the kind of January food people feel good about eating. Olive oil is rich in healthy fats, and Darjeeling black tea naturally contains antioxidants that support overall wellness. It’s indulgent without being heavy, cozy without being excessive, perfect for those slower evenings when comfort and balance matter.
Best of all, it’s effortless. It works as a last-minute appetizer, a quiet night-in snack, or something special to set out when friends stop by. This oil can be made ahead and gently reheated before serving. It also works beautifully drizzled over roasted vegetables, pasta, or grilled bread. With quality ingredients—especially a beautiful tea at the center—simple can still feel luxurious, nourishing, and incredibly delicious.
