- When hand-washing, use only plastic, sponge, or nylon wash pads with soapy water
- Do not use abrasive brushes, pads, cleaners, or any metal products on glass
- Do not scrub any mineral scale buildup as it may scratch the glass and result in breakage. Use a liquid mineral descaler as directed by the descaler manufacturer, but do not scrub the teapot lid.
