SPECS & TIDBITS
STEEPING INSTRUCTIONS
Heat fresh cold water to a boil for oolong tea (208°F) or near boiling for green or white tea (175°F). Unwrap the silk pyramid infuser and place it in a cup with 8 ounces of water. Steep oolong teas for about 3-5 minutes or green and white teas for about 2-3 minutes.
You can set your tea sachet aside on a small plate and re-steep one or two more times.
