Sencha tea is so delicious it’s easy to forget about the many health benefits of green tea. It has strong antioxidant properties, it’s anti-cavity, and anti-diabetic. It may also help with the treatment of certain kinds of cancer.
Many caffeine lovers have switched out their coffee for green tea because of its wonderful and stable energy boost. Unlike coffee, green tea gives you a subtle lift without the caffeine crash or jitters. L-theanine is the amino acid found in green tea that helps promote these feelings of relaxation while increasing activity levels.
Sencha green tea comes in a gift-ready canister filled with 35 to 50 servings of loose-leaf green tea. When you’re finished with your tea, recycle your canister in your blue bin or repurpose it for dry spices or ingredients.
With its beautiful floral notes and balanced caffeine profile, Sencha green tea is perfect for your morning or afternoon tea routine. Gift this tea as a thoughtful present or add it to your collection, today.
